Yesterday our church started up baseball season! My friend Tiff & I did the concession stand to raise money for family camp....when I was introduced to the famous "Sweetie Dog" (pictured) A grilled dog wrapped in bacon cooked until the bacon is crisp~ topped with diced marinated onion, spicy, tiny diced, jalapenos, diced fresh tomatoes, mustard katsup and mayo....
Doesn't sound like the greatest you say....well, until you have tried it, it is impossible for you to know the deliciousness of the flavors, the crispidy crunchidy-juicy combination & flavor explosion!!!
If you want to impress your guests....make them one of these, or 3 or 4 of theses little treats when you entertain...seriously, even people who dont like hotdogs, LOVE Sweetie Dogs! I cant wait to impress company sometime with a Sweetie! But...unfortuantely for now, they are just a fond memory of a day when i completely sabotaged my diet plan....yes...I ate 2 of them...but I did show some self control! I didnt have the 3rd or the 4th that i really wanted!!!!
Holy cow!! I am not a hot dog person. unless I am really hungry then they are delicious. (Also, if they're roasted over a fire a little bit burned.) These Sweety Dogs sound so good, so yes, please impress me next time I come to visit. Though they might want to change the name to "heart attack in a bun".
