On track again....

I'm back on track after the Sweetie Dog hangover! Oatmeal & lowfat yogurt for breakfast, a few pc's deli roast beef for a snack...thinking i'll have a salad for lunch with tuna on it....feels good to be back on it.....i felt like total crap last week making bad choices! You dont realize how much food affects how you feel until you take away all the bad stuff then reintroduce it at one point...it makes you feel toxic!!!! I am so done with being toxic! Refined sugars, dyes, preservatives, all those things you cant pronounce! Gotta rid them completely from life!!!! They are toxic!
