Chicken Curry D "light"

Take some chicken breast tenders and toss 'em in a pan with some water, boil them until half done, drain, chunk up, add some veggie's like broccoli, bamboo, soy beans, cabbage, little corns...whatever you like....i like fresh tomatoes I add at the very end...take a jar of low-fat curry sauce, pour it over, simmer until chicken is cooked, We found some curry sauce at WinCo called Kikkoman Tikka Masala Curry Sauce...3g fat, 4g sugar 500mg sodium..not bad! make some jasmine rice and put chicken curry over rice....

I suppose I should note, my recipes are all over the place! I dont measure or do anything the same twice....not really anyway....

  1. Sounds good. May have to give it a try. I cook the same way. Just throw things together.
