so i threw this salad together and wasnt sure if it would work together, but it's playing music in my mouth as i write this! Spring greens, turkey, feta, slivered almonds, croutons, raisins & Thai peanut dressing...(lighthouse light) Flavor Explosion!
I continue on my quest for freedom of fat...i've never been much of a salad eater....i like it alright, but am rarely satisfied with it. One thing I am extremely satisfied with though are turkey, muenstar, almond rolls....i eat them all the time and never get bored! You take a slice of good turkey lunchmeat (costco's oil browned is my fav.) a slice of Muenstar cheese (Finlandia is by far the best and only kind i get, again, Costco) and5 dry almonds put turkey down, cheese on top, lay out almonds and roll like a taquito! A taquito of deliciousness that it! 200 calories and all protein! I eat one every 3 hours and i am satisfied all day long!
i am working on a cook-book, you may not know this...so, if i post a recipe in here and you decide to try it, please leave a comment -good or bad-also let me know if it's OK for me to use in my cook book. Ciao!
So sorry about your Mom! But you're right, she has Jesus so she'll be fine. Hope your Dad can start to realize the treasure he has before it might be too late.
